We as The New Dawn Pacesetter bring people together and establish a healthy environment to providing physical space, advice, and useful resources. Our community-driven programs entail the core educational and business value of TNDP and operate on the principles of transparency, participation, local empowerment, demand-responsiveness, greater downward accountability, and enhanced local capacity. We have an approach to implementing local development projects that advocates for community participation in decision-making and management, with a goal of using local knowledge and resources to run more effective projects.
The main strengths of these programs are the presence of the spirit of empathy and high motivation in working for community, absorbing the community assistance, community empowerment, presence of female volunteers, using local volunteers, creation of social prestige and evidence based decision making for community.
